  • We help you make sound decisions. After explaining the preconstruction and construction process, we’ll arrange a site visit and then provide an overview of costs and timelines. We can answer your questions about the overall project.

  • We help you prepare. We offer our perspective and input early in the process when it’s easier to make changes. We’ll introduce you to trusted subcontractors and help with obtaining cost estimates so you can build your budget. We help you create a realistic project schedule.

  • We help you stay on track. We’re available for regularly scheduled or emergent-issue site visits. Whenever you need advice, we can schedule a phone or video discussion.

  • We help you problem solve. We’ll tailor our services to meet your specific needs. When issues arise or you need troubleshooting advice we’ll apply our expertise to help find solutions.

Darlington Renovation Will:


  • Make introductions and assist with obtaining pricing from subcontractors, laborers, vendors

  • Collaborate with you and the subcontractors and laborers

  • Work with architects and engineers

  • Provide budget template and assist with budgeting

  • Offer schedule template and assist with scheduling

  • Assist with materials ordering and delivery coordination  

  • Support project scheduling and coordinating

  • Advise on overall project planning and sequencing

  • Visit site for in-person consultation

  • Provide general liability insurance 

  • Hold license for permit 

  • Schedule construction inspections

You Will:


  • Cover all project costs including plan review and permit fees    

  • Conduct all site project management (with assistance, as needed)

  • Manage subcontractors and on-site labor 

  • Receive deliveries

  • Maintain site access and security

  • Meet construction inspectors 

  • Handle quality control

  • Provide direct and prompt payments to subcontractors, laborers and vendors
