Meet The Founder
Tim Darlington
At home with my daughter, Morgan, and two sons, Campbell and Foster.
Tim earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ohio University and worked for several years as a mechanical engineer. Seeking a new challenge, Tim left the engineering world for a more hands-on career. Prior to starting his own firm, Tim was employed as a framer and maintenance man. In 2004, Tim established Darlington Home Maintenance LLC. After four years of success, he expanded his business to remodel residential homes. Tim changed the name of his company to Darlington Renovation & Repair in 2008 and dropped "Repair" in 2016 when he added new construction to his services.
Tim is an expert in restoring the beauty to Denver's older homes and building new construction with character.
How We Operate

Our normal business hours are 8a - 4:30p M-F. In an effort to have balance and family time, site meetings are only scheduled during these hours. Initial phone consults can be made outside of these hours.
