Collaborate with you and the subcontractors and laborers
Work with architects and engineers
Provide budget template and assist with budgeting
Offer schedule template and assist with scheduling
Assist with materials ordering and delivery coordination
Support project scheduling and coordinating
Advise on overall project planning and sequencing
Visit site for in-person consultation
Provide general liability insurance
Hold license for permit
Schedule construction inspections
You Will:
Cover all project costs including plan review and permit fees
Conduct all site project management (with assistance, as needed)
Manage subcontractors and on-site labor
Receive deliveries
Maintain site access and security
Meet construction inspectors
Handle quality control
Provide direct and prompt payments to subcontractors, laborers and vendors
