Investment Properties

Tim and his brother, Andrew, an experienced Denver-based Realtor, purchase investment properties, including rentals, homes for resale and land for development.

We respect the wishes of the sellers and accommodate neighbors to the best of our abilities. Most importantly, our mission is to maintain the character of the older homes. We choose renovating over scraping whenever possible. If a scrape and build are necessary, we build with character and charm that match the neighborhood.
